Earn Zen.. not working? help me! kthx

I just finished the netflix offer
It's been about half an hour and i still havent gotten my 1487 zen?
i was wondering.. how long does it normally take for the offer to give me my zen?

    There isn't a guaranteed amount of time in which you will get rewarded for offer completion; Tapjoy works to try and get the amount credited as soon as possible, and we typically see the credit in a few minutes to three hours.

    We suggest waiting 24 hours for the credit to appear before contacting Tapjoy, but you can contact them at any time if you think you're having difficulty with an offer by following these steps:

    - From the offer site http://offers.perfectworld.com/ click on the "Missing ZEN?" button in the top right of the offer listing page.

    - Click the "Contact Support" button on the relevant offer to bring up a pop-up window.

    - Read over the message you see and if you still have questions, fill out the form for assistance.

    If you cannot see a button for the offer you have completed, you may need to wait up to an hour for the offer to show on your list. If you have waited and the offer is still not listed, you can contact Tapjoy directly at help@tapjoy.com. Please remember to include your Tapjoy ID number, found on the "Missing ZEN?" page and the ID number of the offer you completed if know it. This will help ensure that you get a more helpful and prompt response.
