Troubles logging in

this mornin i have tried a dozens time to log in to game but it keeps timing out and when i click to go to customer support the page wont load i have tried force log and restarting my computer several time. Does anyone what no whati can do or what is wrong?

    East coast servers are down again. Which server are you trying to log into.

    Yeah - that's east coast. All of them are down - there's a sticky about it in Gen D.

    The servers been juddering for the last couple of days. Ive had about 6 disconnects and when ive got back on, the chat has been full of baws aboutit.
    Cant even log in today.

    I just tried to log in after being on the game and its saying log in time elapsed...that means server is down correct?
