Urgent. Characters gone.

I need fast help.
My ALL caharcters are gone in game. I was runing with BM chasin' some red sin and bam dc. I log in and dc. Log in again, one more dc. Log in once again game freezes and shuts down. Then I cant login to server. Restart game, same problem, restart pc log in to game window, about pasword pops out, I press enter and my characters doesnt load. I had Cleric(60) BM(91), Veno(20) Sin(3 and currently deleting) Barb(3 and currently deleting) Psy(30). None of them were there. I created seeker( I was able to) Loged in, and loged out( Thought I will see my chars) but no. They just dont seem to appear.
Any reasonable Ideas to solve this problem?

    Your characters aren't gone, that happens to me when I get HARDCORE lag. Like with what's been going on recently for example.

    Did you check to make sure you were logged into your usual server? Sometimes the server list rearranges itself, and so you end up logging into a different server.

    East coast servers are down - likely the cause of the issue.

    Now I know about this east servers problem. I hope its temporary problem
