Seeker not working..

My seeker dies all the time. She can fight only one monster at a time and ends up lower than half health at the end of it. My build is even levels: 3 str 2 dex and odd levels: 4 str 1 dex adding vit til cap at 20. I wear heavy armor, 1 mag necklace and 1 phy belt, phy rings all as close to my level as possible.

Wth am I doing wrong?

    Get yourself a Jones Blessing.
    Without it my seeker gets annoying much dmg too.

    1 If you haven't yet get lifepowder restores quite a bit of hp even when fighting
    2 if you are facing melee mobs use your ranged skills to your advantage and when fighting magic/ranged mobs try to be in melee range from the start so they don't get the chance for to much kiting
    3 I don't know what level your seeker is but til lvl 30 or so my seeker was the joke of pve everything was strong and my seeker was weak but after 30 things started getting better and my seeker who is now 5x does decently so just be careful and eventually things will get better

    my seeker's a potion addict; i have to use one every two or three mobs i kill. sometimes after every mob i kill, and occasionally i have to use second wind on my genie in mid-fight to stay alive. the hsiaoko's mantous i got from a quest won't last me nearly as long as they did on my other chars, either, i can tell that already. several of my guildmates say their earthguard alts use more potions than their other classes.

    that said, if i keep that up i can handle two or three mobs my own level at a time --- i use my AoE skills and single-spark if i have to handle more than one at a time, to kill faster. i don't think this is too unusual, my assassin has similar problems, and let's not even start on my wizard.

    my seeker build is simple enough --- 30 vit, everything else into str and dex, keeping those two in a 3:2 balance. at level 35, i think i'm slowly starting to miss less. the jones' blessing doesn't seem to make any huge difference for me either, but i guess it can't hurt.

    I've had a bit of trouble surviving but never on that level. I'm using 5 STR 3 DEX 2 VIT so I've probably got a bit more survivability than you. I can probably manage 2-3 mobs before having to heal a bit, but I burn through potions too just to minimize the downtime.

    Depending on the mob and your level a couple of suggestions - Parchedblade Dance for the stun when using Stalagstrike helps alot. I open with Heart Shatter and Heartseeker, against a purely physical mob its good as Heartseeker has quite a high proc rate on paralyze so you get a few bonus attacks in. If you do paralyze then land some other ranged attacks (Ion Spike, Gemeni, Battousai etc.) before moving into melee.

    Seeker isn't great for solo 1v1 grinding from my experience but it's not dreadful either

    I have 4985 physical defense at my lvl.. I'm a friggin break.

    A few things to keep in mind;

    1. Adrenal Numbness makes us sturdier.
    2. Melee on Melee, range on range.
    3. Have up to date HP pots.
    4. Keep adrenal numbness up to date if possible(i think it's lvl29 though, I forget)

    Now this may cost some coin..but for good sturdy armor, 2*armor or 3* is best due to increased physical defense. I started sharding at lvl50.

    You wont need magic defense at that lvl. You really wont need it til BH59. So go ahead and stack more physical defense.

    Seeker has it rough in the beginning(as with all melee classes) mainly because, unlike mages, we're stuck with really ****ty gear early on. No good weapons either unless you can score 3*s. But once you're out of that hell, the class' defense capabilities start to shine.

    ALSO since you are past lvl25 ; ask around for anyone seeling Multiflavor Jiaozi. 2500HP over 10 seconds. A really awesome HP pot.

    First of all look at the mobs your are grinding with.
    - Make sure their not a **** load of levels higher than you
    - Make sure you arent being aggroed by 2-3 other mobs while you are focusing fighting on 1
    - Use potions HP/MP they are fairly cheap
    - Experiment using skills. Using skills usually have a higher dmg/per hit than a normal auto attack hit.

    - Ignore the jiaozi and the jones blessing. These 2 were only implemented in the later half the the games life. There were a ton of pple who leveled when these were nonexistant so NEEDING them isnt even an option.

    Most all classes are horrid at that levels...

    sin as OP, and zomagash awesomesauces as they are end game, absolutely suck to play at those levels.... so don't judge the class too soon.

    When i'm questing on my seeker now i dont have any problems against mobs.

    i just start with my maxed heartseeker wich almost always freezes them to far to attack me. Then i use a battousai and then gemini if the spirit bore status is on the mob it's now dead if not i just finish it with staggering strike i almost never get hitted by any mob my lvl

    My Seeker Build is 5 str 3 dex 2 vit every 2 lvls . and it works jsut great , with jones , it gets even better.

    I actually had a smooth time leveling a sin up 1-50.
