Login error after crash in client

Hello Perfectworld team

Last saturday i was flying in game and i have a crash error, my client take me out of game and i reload, but my main character cant login in game, i tried several times and another crash happened sowing me a chinesse words error message. the other character i have works fine.

I send a ticket from support the saturday, but i didnt get and answer yet b:shocked

I hope anyone of you can help me with my problem, thanks for help.

    Hey Argyath.. please log in with your character. When the loading screen appears, press and hold the W key. When the game loads, your character should be running. The error message will still appear, but continue holding down W until your character has run beyond the spot where your game crashed. Restart the game and you should be able to play as normal. You may need to run the game in windowed mode for this to work. If your character was flying at the time, you will probably need to restart the game and try again after he lands.

    If that doesn't work, go to the Launcher screen, go to Settings, and turn ALL of the Settings to the left, to be OFF and un-check (turn off) all of the graphic settings.

    Select Windowed mode, and choose a default resolution like 800x600, or 1024x768 (or whatever works for you from the list.)

    Then attempt to Start the game, select the character that was giving you the issue (and crashing to the desktop with an error log screen showing up) and see if you can get in game after making those changes.

    Hello Ozimov, Thanks for your help.

    Following your steps i can login to game in windowed mode, as you say the error message continue but i login and my pj land to earth, but when i lands and try to move the screen goes freeze and i get no response, a mob killed my pj argyath and now i am lying in the groud dead.

    i cant push the resurrect button or go to town button because the screen remains freeze and if i push aceept from the error message the game crashes again and again (i tried several times)

    Is there any mode for you to change my pj situacion like when i stuck by terrain for example or perhaps you have a better idea?
