Cycle Quest: Answering Questions?

Can anyone tell me where to pick up this cycle quest. There are no coords with the quest and no directions as to where to find the NPC Right Agent Luna. Can anyone help me out please?

    Its nice to know I'm not the only one to see this in the quest log, and I would like to know where to find "left agent" as well.b:puzzled

    I would also like to know where we can find this NPC, also if anyone has any information on what you ahve to do, and waht the quest rewards are, I'd be very interested in that as well.

    so the quests go by level bracket. fair enough.

    but the topmost level bracket ends at 150, not 105. that's rather curious... could this perhaps be something very old, rather than something actually new?

    If you look up Left Agent Yeoh on the pwi database (link), there's a message in Chinese:
    12月8日至12月21日的时间里, 每晚6:00-6:30我将会出一些关于完美世界的问题考考大家, 如果答对了就有小礼物赠送哦。 答题20级起, 每十级一档, 每档每个账号每日限答题15道。我是姐姐叶儿, 60级以上的玩家可以届时找我答题。20级以上, 60级以下玩家可以找旁边我的妹妹露儿进行答题。
    My Chinese isn't that great, but it says that the quest is available from 12/8 to to 12/21 every night from 6 to 6:30. Then the text in blue just explains the different level tiers. Was genesis released in the Chinese server in December, by chance?

    Has anyone worked out how to accept one of these quests yet? I am completely stumped by this one lol.

    EDIT: Oh, nm i didn't see the post above mine before i posted >.< So i guess it's not valid until December? xD
