Where to get another Divine order of the light?

Hey i logged on to pwi today and couldn't find my divine order of the light. So I have 2 questions. Is this a bug? and where can i get another one? I remember some where that i could buy one but i don't remember who can someone tell me?

    Below level 50 (?), which is light I believe, you can get one for free from general summer.

    If you leveled past 50 you need to get the divine order of shadow from either the first bounty hunter, or if your faction has a base then you can buy as many as you want there.

    well that's the thing, i already got one from him, and he doesn't give them out anymore apparently, (i'm lvl 33 btw) I remember seeing an npc who sold them for... what? 10,000 i think? Anyways I can't find that guy anymore, and my faction just started and we don't have a base so where can i find another one??

    ok now i keep hearing something about this about general summer, but i talk to him and i don't see anything about it. All is see is general summer's tokens and quest related, and there is nothing that is related to the divine order of the light so where do i get one?

    It shows 10k. They admit the comma is in the wrong place but refused to refund the money for the 3 I bought

    ok um but, for me general summer isn't selling, for my friend he is, what's up with that??!! He won't sell it to me so what's going on??

    have you checked "quest related"?

    you need to be lvl 50 or higher, put a pink skirt on and sing Akon - Lonley out loud and it will magically appear from the *** of unicorn.
