A treatise on double jumping for mounts.

I believe that the ground mounts' inability to jump twice in midair is a critical game error. Mounts cannot compete in the vital [Auction house ---- > west bank] pathway because the wall is too high, thus forcing the mount to use the doorway and taking a longer more inefficient path. This pathway compounded 100x a day causes the user to waste a significant amount of time taking the door detour vs a flyer or walker just jumping or flying over the wall directly to the west banker.
In addition, the mounted player encounters many in-game obstacles while traveling the countryside such as hills, a house, or even a very large rock, which prove impassable for the mounted player, while a walker could just "jump twice" and successfully clear the obstacle in question.
The mounted player is forced to dismount, shrink his mount, stuff it into his backpack, summon his flying gadget, board the gadget, fly over the obstacle, unsummon his flying gadget, grab the mount back out from his backpack, re-enlarge it, then remount. This is an extremely time-consuming procedure which is very noob unfriendly and could possibly cause some players to ragequit the game.
This is a critical game flaw and I recommend it to be fixed asap by allowing mounts to double jump.

Ofc they should also fix the error when u jump on ur mount and u get stuck on the air. Lower lvls with no flying mount.. ui ui if u jump u may get stuck and relog is only way to save you.PVP: 3800 kills in the name of KD lawl

Yes, this is a very valid point. However the dev's resources are limited and it is important that high priority tasks must be completed first. Unfortunately this bug falls a couple rungs below mount double-jumping in the [importance - ladder]. Thus this issue should be put on the backburner while the devs concentrate all available manpower on creating the code necessary to allow mounts to double - jump. Once this issue is fixed they may focus their resources on jobs lower in the [importance - ladder].[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

you do realize i can make a list of all the things that pwi fixed in the last 2 years and it would take me about 1 sentence.
where as if i tried to make a list of what they broke... it wouldn't be possible.
seeing as they break things faster than i can type them up...Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.0 -
