What exactly is the best melee damage dealing class?

Title says it all. I tried playing a seeker for a bit but it seems people are more interested in other classes. I love playing melee so I was wondering when it comes to damage dealing and all the classes that use melee which is best at that particular job?

    IMO, all classes can DD to some extreme, all depends on the skill choices you made along with the gear youre using. How you distributed your stats plays an important role.

    Assasins do the most damage but blademasters are fun to play.

    Smacking mobs/other players with balls is not a good idea, and thus, the Psy is one class that really isn't built for Melee. You CAN build a 4.0 fist/claw Psy. But... WHY? Same with Cleric, Veno, and Wiz. You can't even do that with Mystic. Muah. Though you can build a 3.33 or 3.5 aps Mystic using a magic weapon... It'll shatter probably every day, though. Pointless.

    BM, Sin, or Seeker for Melee DD. Just be prepared to tank on all of those, as well, since Barbs are being used for Buffs and rugs only now.
