Canadian dollar and American?

Hi:
i just bought 80 dollars worth of prepaid cards in Canadian dollars recently. And when i went to charge them. It said that when i charge my first card, i owe about $7.00 and i need to redeem my second card too. So i did and i only got 2000zen with two $20 prepaid cards. It was frustrating because i thought that 1zen=1dollar? and Canadian dollar and American dollar exchange rate is NOT 1:2. b:angry I need an answer x.x

    The answer you seek will need to be addressed to Ultimate Game Card directly. There is always an initial fee for the first transaction but that is usually put into your UGC wallet for a future purchase, making it more of a deposit than a fee. As for rates used for the conversion, they can also assist you with that and explain why the charge is how it is. Unfortunately, we do not process those cards ourselves since they are produced by UGC and PayByCash which is why they have those answers for you.

    I have a problem with the whole thing. The activation code is being sent to the wrong e-mail, I never used the e-mail that the activation code is being sent to.

    I bought two $10 dollar cards, and I have no idea where to put it in.
