Whats the point of Allied Factions?

Ok so there has been a rumor going on that if you ally with another faction you can enter there TW's. We recently found out that it was false. But my friends said that Kantorek made a post about it and that it was leading towards what we thought.

So my question is do you have to have 100 hours allied with that fac
to enter there Tw? Or does this allies thing only apply to Guild Bases Battles 40vs.40? Cuz honestly whats the point of paying 3m a month to be allies with a faction?b:surrender

    From what Ive heard, it allows you into the guilds base, and see their names in blue. Thats about it.. :/

    I'm guessing this will be for the Castle that is supposed to be released kind of reminds me of another game I used to play but this is my own speculation based on what I would use it for.

    A mod said its mainly for PVP. You declair war on another faction. It puts an icon over their heads and also gives your allys PVP protection from your faction members and yours preotection from theirs.

    Totally worth 3 mil, because the PvP is so intense and not ruined by assassins.

    I wanted in that war tob:sad But yeah like i tried explaining in guild chat flames, im pretty sure once guild base wars are up and running, thats when were able to come to there rescue, not for TW's.
