Banned for no reason!

I was on PWI last night and everything was dandy. Tried getting on 10minutes ago and I was banned. I have no clue why I was banned. It was just random. I go to support and it says to check my email to see if it has anything. I checked every folder in my email, even my Junk mail. No email at all. I try to get live support, and I get nothing. So hopefully they will check out my ticket. I just think this is absurd. I haven't done anything wrong.

    Live Chat is generally only on the weekdays. Sit tight and do not log more then one ticket. You might have to wait till Monday. Also...they do not just ban people, there has to be a reason b:surrender

    I had no clue that was part of the rules. I'm still new to PWI, and as you can see, I'm not extremely active in the forums so I'm not aware of the rules. Please forgive me. I just wanted some answer and on the description of general discussion, it says anything and everything that is PWI.

    See my post above, and yes, bans are not discussed here on the forums due to privacy issues.

    The +10 minutes probably means they're adding 10 minutes to your ban every time you try to log in. I don't know, it's just a guess. Good luck though, hope your issue will be fixed soon. =]

    Is this the same account you tryin' to log into? Cause if I remember right, bans won't let you log in into the fuorums as well. At least, account bans.

    Indeed, the discussion of bans are not to take place on the forum.


    The only Fuzzy can suggest is to submit a ticket here. The panda is sorry if that isn't the answer you were looking for, but its the best one you can hope to find on the forum when asking about things such as a ban.
