I was just wondering whether leveling this skill increased the damage of exploding plants because atm I haven't seen any use for leveling it aside from the range increasing, so if someone could confirm or deny it increasing the damage that would be great :)

    I find it pretty useful at level 10 it costs more mana but you can cast it at about 26.5 meters away from your target and it lowers the cooldown to 3 secs so you can throw out creeper Lysing it then throw spidervine and enjoy debuff from both of them.

    EDIT: oh, didn't notice it lowers Cooldown too, that's pretty cool. o:

    That trick is actually pretty neat. It's great for bosses. Along with veno's amp and bm's HF = b:dirty

    lysings purpose is to gain more powerful debuffs from the plants. i also find it to be a some-what decent AOE attack when lysing punishing sting. the higher the level, the longer range away you can be, and also the cooldown decreases so feel free to keep casting punish and lysing it (both have 3 second cooldowns).

    Good to know about the cooldown decreasing I wasn't aware of that! I think I will level this after maxing a few other things (gotta max salvation! b:dirty).
