Lvl 29 FB- iron blood tablet

i was wondering, when you talk to the taoist, do you get the tablet then or do you have to start killing off the monsters before you get the tablet.
i am asking this because i went to the taoist at the start of lvl 29 (and i finished the whole spiritual quests leading up to the lvl 29 one) and i talked to him and he sent me to do my first quest (to kill the toxin spider things). was i supposed to get it before or will i get it soon?

    before the taoist gives you the tablet you need to complete all the culti at this stage - this means at 29 you still need those toxicons and farng, then running around some npcs, and only then will you get the quest for Quinzi from the general and then tablet from taoist..at least thats how it should be, 29 was a long time ago for me XD

    b:shocked I think I may be in trouble then.

    I have recieved the quest for Qingzi, but no tablet.

    I am not even sure that I have the "Call to Duty," but the quest is in my que.

    I am not sure if I missed something, or what b:cry
