._. I can't get past level 2 blacksmithing?

I've manufactured enough level two weapons to where my bar reads 20/20. I know I should not need a quest because that is to get from level 3 to level 4 manufacturing. I also know that I"m the correct level for gaining my level 3 blacksmith skill as I already have tailor at level 3 at level 47. So why still can I not buy my level 3 blacksmith book?

    You don't have to buy a level 3 blacksmith book! You just have to go to the elder and use the Learn Manufacturing skill option and click on the one you want. In case you're doing that, do you have enough spirit and coins for the upgrade from level 2 to 3? I know I was stuck on level 2 yesterday and I realized I didn't have 2.5K spirit for the upgrade lol.

    yeah, just learn it from the elder, no need to buy a book.
