DCed and can't log back in!!

Is anybody else having this problem? Are they doing an emergency maintenance or something?

  Not only DW server But Harshlands as well.. everyone's having the same issue. I guess theyr havin a emergncy maint or something...

  its telling me the same thing everything froze up and i was booted and now i cant get back in wth is going on
