Heart Shatter dont work

i was helping a friend and a seeker killing BHD in OHT.. and my damage on BHD was mas in non spark 965.. and when he used Heart Shatter it was the same....and the seekers Heart Shatter was lvl 10...
Casts a debuff on the target that lowers their Metal and Physical resistance.
Any Metal or Physical damage received is increased by 30%. Lasts for 600 seconds.

should my damage not be 1251... does heart shatter only increase the seekers damage or what....

    Apparently someone translated it from the original Chinese and Heart Shatter is actually a debuff to physical and metal defense as opposed to an amp to physical and metal damage.

    Even if that's true, I haven't noticed any difference in damage on my seeker. Looks pretty when you cast it though. b:avoid

    my damage should still be higher.. it didnt change at all

    Heart shatter doesn't affect auto-attack damage.

    Its a stright up xx% damage amp for Physical and Metal SKILLS, and does not work for normal attacks. The buff description is not well written. If you cast it on a mob, you can highlight the debuff icon and it then says 'skills'.
