So...decided to create an earthguard...but, the eyes have no irises or anything and you can't change their colour. and if you try to change the colour of the skin, the body changes but the face stays the same. Anyone else get this? or is my patch glitched?

Have you tried verifying the files yet? Let me know..
Thanks.0 -
Not trying to hijack the thread but I am having the same issue. I verified the files, and when that didn't work I completely reinstalled and re updated the client. I have also verified that my graphics driver is up to date along with DirectX. All Chinese language packs are installed. I will add that I have the Chinese client installed on the same machine with no issues, so it has to be something in the International client.
EDIT: After reading other posts selecting a preset then modifying seems to fix the issue, however this is still a glitch that needs addressed.

Thanks.I quit. Nothing ever changes @ PWE or PW CN . Expansion was over hyped. Guild bases (that looked cool) can be destroyed, so why waste the time if your a in a small faction like me.

Yes, I've tested this myself and found that selecting a preset first, then modifying is a valid work around. This issue has been forwarded to Q.A. for resolution.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding.0 -
