Confused with APS calculation

Hi all,

Here the Character Info said it is 4 APS unsparked.

Please tell me what is wrong with my APS calculation:

Dagger is 1.43, so interval is 1/1.43 = 0.7

When we minus all the interval pieces:
Dagger -0.1
Armour -0.1
legging -0.05
boot+Bracers -0.05
tome -0.05
robe -0.05
neck+belt -0.05
bracers itself -0.1

final interval is 0.15
1/0.15 = 6.55 APS

I know there is problem with my calc, plz enlight me!

    Daggers start at 1.25, not 1.43. The 1.43 is the -.1 add, which you've now got in there twice.

    You can still say that if you put a pair of -0.1 fists/claws on.
