Saber Rattle Bug?

Anyone know if it's an error in the description or a bug in the skill? Skill says that it increases weapon attack level by 3, but when cast the weapon is only showing attack level +1.

Hey im not 100 percent on this as I havent bothered using either of these skills but along the lines of bladed fervor, these buffs may be described as the max version of the skill.
I believe that means that saber rattle will only increase atkk lvl by 3 at max (if u look at the available upgrade lvls it lists 59 and 75. Im assuming one atk lvl per upgrade). Again im not 100 percent sure on this but we were all rickrolled by bladed fervor in the same manner. Kinda lame if you ask me with the celestone requirement b:angry0 -
i believe the descriptions say the increase attack / defence levels at lvl 100

Yeah but the detailed description says that it increases atk lvl by 3 for 30 minutes and consumes 1 mirage. I havent used it yet so idk if it gives the full 3 atk lvl bonus. Nothing about defence btw, apparently Krav Maga is meant to do that0

hmmm. any seeker with those lvl 10 can confirm it? i only have lvl 2 of my self buffing skill... skill description says it raises def/ atk and crit rate, but when i use only crit rate effect is added.
I stopped lving it cause i thought it doesnt get better, since in the description the only change from lvl 2 to 3 is the mp cost increase.0 -
The description is bugged like some of the other skills the seeker has like Bladed Fervor. At level 1 Saber Rattle only gives 1 Att level, at level 2 it gives 2 Att level, and then finally at level 3 it gives the 3 Att level that it says it does. This goes for Krav Maga as well. At level 1 it's 1 Def level, and level 2 it's 3 Def level, and at level 3 it's the 5 Def level it says it gives. You have to level both up to get their full effect. Should be easy enough since both skills only require leveling them to 3 for their full effects.0
