Genies are broken.

Click the button, or faceroll your hotkeys for their skills, and there is a random chance that nothing will happen. It *seems* to be on an inverse bell curve related to server ping.

Got really good ping? Genie skill won't work. Got really really bad ping? genie skill won't work. Got medium ping (280 ms or so)? Well, awesome, it most likely will work!

It's NOT lag. I've clicked second wind, had it not trigger, and simply watched it. I went for an HP pot instead. It never did trigger second wind. I have to reassign every button on my keyboard to hotkey for Second Wind, and faceroll my keyboard repeatedly to get it to trigger sometimes. Other times, it WILL NOT TRIGGER, PERIOD. I sat here and pounded on second wind for 20 seconds and it would not do anything. There were no error messages in the chat dialog box or the error box above it. I finally got it to work by switching to a different genie.

I use second wind a lot on all of my characters. I've been EATING my TW charms like mad on my Archer because half the time, Second Wind fails (or worse, Absolute Domain), which means, I'm not gonna bother buying charms anymore until this is fixed (and rubberbanding, too, but that's China's problem anyhow).

Will this be fixed as well during the next patch, or is it just going to become another 'feature' like Rubberbanding?

    having the same problem.. died a lot cause second wind dintd work at all... and hp didnt help much on that case. so.. yeah i think genies are broken. its like russian roullete.. maybe you have lucky, maybe not.. then you are dead.. Gl next time..

    @Lady_Xian - The problem seems to have been fixed in the latest patch. Are you still having it after maintenance?

    It was happening to me until last Sunday when I went for grinding and I simply died because Second Wind didn't work at all. Like, I was clicking on it nervously, genie's stamina was full and everything and I just died because genie failed on healing me. was it fixed already? T_T

    Genie skills are not fixed.

    When I try to use some of my genie skills I still have to click them about 10 to 20 times before they work (Holy Path seems to be the one glitching for me). Once they work though, it seems I can click them only once for them to activate untill I log off. When I log back in again the process repeats itself :(

    This bug is such a serious one that it really really needs a fix soon? Not being able to use Holy Path is damaging my gameplay alot!

    Genie skills are DEF NOT FIXED.. A cleric without holy path or Absolute Domain is a dead cleric.. And no maintenance last night means another week of fail genies...
