cannot connect to server?

anyone else having this problem. i try to log in and cant connect

    it acts like server update but website shows all servers online

    i just tried to log on again and it looked like mine did some kind of small update but when i go to select server none show to be online.

    just looked at a post that said server update tonight but on the main page it showed all servers on line

    ...I too can't log-in, the game patched from 491 to 493 but the servers are downb:sadb:cry

    are the servers in Japan? if so maybe all the stuff in Japan is effecting it?????

    Looks like the 'Login/Authentication' servers are down as its failing before you even log into the server itself. Might wanna make a support ticket as yes the servers themselves are up but probally its failing when it goes to check your account/password as since there is multiple servers but most likely only 1 server that handles authentication/passwords but of course that is just a logical estimate.

    BTW thanks for the notice that the client updated too, oddly enough mine did not till I told it to force check for a update. But something had to happen maybe the servers are on their way coming back up who knows as I was online went to the store and when I came back I was logged out but didnt see any system notices ingame servers were comming down.

    wont let me log in either. . . says unable to connect to server, its done updating thou n i have no probs with my internet connection ... i rly wanna play alrdy b:cryb:cryb:cryb:surrenderb:surrender

    I think its just a way for them to make money,So we can take a look at the bing offer and do that

    I can't log too but why? i can go to the main screen.. but when i write my account and press log in it says unable to connect to the server i did the update....b:angry TELL ME WHAT TO DO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

    Nah its not just you as you can see unless you know someone that is actaully online and in the game. If so tell us as if there is only a few of us who cant connect anymore we might need to put in a support ticket... BTW dont knock the bing deal, its free Zen game money and you dont have to provide any kind of info just install that bing toolbar and whos to not say just uninstall it right off because imho bing is horrid for a search engine.

    Nah they just went down/cant login about a hr ago. its 4am now so we talking like about 3am Eastern/11pm Pacific time.
