the new DQ points page only lets you select from 3 chars if you have more you can't get stuff sent to them.

    i have the same problem, i want to get a makeover scroll on my main and i only see 3 characters on the list and my main isn't one of them. b:cry

    I can't even get a makeover scroll. Aside the problem of only selecting between the 3 characters, but that's a seperate issue. I've got over 100k DQ points, and cannot even get my sage/demon card. It processes just find, goes to the selected amount of "1" card, but as soon as I click confirm, it resets the page with no transaction made, no deduction of points spent, and no item(s) sent. I tried doing searches for possible corrections, such as browser settings, but enable popups/whatever doesn't effect it, and I used to be able to get my DQ points about a month ago no problems. If anyone finds any helpful details, please let me know.

    Well...I didn't have problems with my characters showing up under the select bar until since the expansion but I've been having problems with getting my dq rewards since maybe a month before that. So have other people.

    I submitted a ticket before having the problem with selecting the characters-only about how to receive my rewards-and it was suggested that I clear my history, cache, etc. Which helped me get my demon/sage card but it still appears random if it actually goes through or not. Other people have had no problem whatsoever while even more others have tried different internet browsers and have had that help...but there also as many that have tried that and had no results. There is this other guy who claims that logging out of the game completely when he sends himself dq rewards has helped.

    There are actually a lot of posts for this issue and PW tried to fix it the other day...taking the whole page down along with Jone's Blessing which is having issues too. Here's the page:

    Of course...I haven't used these solutions to test the problem of selecting more than three of my characters for me b:shocked My needs aren't pressing either so I figure if the problem persists for another week or so and I try these methods with no success...then I'm going to submit a ticket b:surrender

    First of all, make sure you are using the most recent version of either Internet Explorer or Firefox.

    Next, make sure that you have the most recent Flash Player and that you have it enabled.
    Finally, clear your cache and cookies from your web browser, which can usually be found under the "Tools" tab.

    Reboot your browser, and try viewing the DQ page again.

    IE - AND - Firefox upgrades: done
    Flash: done (although it doesn't matter, the shop isn't using Flash)
    Clear cache and cookies: done - but shouldn't matter, either
    Reboot the browser: done.

    Still no success.

    Really, when you have this many people experiencing the same issue, it's time to recognize the problem is not the users - it's the site. Speaking as someone that builds web apps for a living, it's pretty reckless to tell everyone they need to fix their computers so they can use a poorly designed website.

    I'm glad my BMW dealer didn't tell me I needed a foot upgrade to use the pedals on my car.

    I can see all my chars on the rewards page for DQ. But, no matter what i do, whichever browser i use, how many times i have cleared cache, logged in and out, turned off game, etc. I still can not get my rewards. Nothing changes after clicking pop up menu for the reward. I have been trying for 2 days now and am very frustrated at the lack of response from the trouble ticket i submitted and the lack of repairs that are being made. b:angry

    same here. nothing changes. been trying all day. upgraded everything. cleared cache and cookies.

    done all the things above... still no luck... it worked 3 days ago... now it doesnt do anything. used to be able to use my HTC EVO 4g to access the site using the its browser now I tried every browser known to man... nothing works... please fix

    I don't have that problem, yes have 7 chars in account and cans ee like the first 6, however my main that's not the first of my list anymore has problems, i clic on item i want to send and nothing happens, i keep having same rewards as well and not recieving the item ingame ...

    Im also having problems trying to redeem dragon points, as soon as i select the item i want it just reverts to the item select screen with no changes at all

    Well, at least the DQ points page is offline. It means they have acknowledged that the problem is the site and not the users and their computers. Hopefully it will be up soon.

    My timing was horrible. I never knew about this. A friend told me, but the page was already broken when I got to see it for the first time. I'm itching to buy some random pigments!

    mine works perfect now b:cute

    I had a character selection problem as well...only three of them showed up and luckily one of them was my main.

    However now, with a combo of whatever they fixed, updating my java (Mango reminded me I needed to do that b:shocked), and using chrome instead (internet explorer is my usual) I can see all seven of my characters. Instant send in my mailbox. Yay, now my barb can dye his bright pink sandals b:laugh

    Edit: O.O I just reread this and it was Flash I was supposed to make sure was updated. Oh well...it works for me now ;p
