lv 40 system message [seeker]

So, my friend's a Mystic and at lvl 40 she got a system message to visit Elder of Raging Tides, she did that and got a bunch of quests worth great amount of exp (100k and more lol). When i hit lvl 40 i got system message about culti and then... nothing happed. I'm now lv 41 and don't have any quests in Raging Tides and system message didn't pop out, still.
Is it some one-class-only quests or what? I'm kinda angry, 'cause i'm running out of available quests :|

    At lvl 40, you can start the Goshiki Quest Chain, activated by visiting the elder of your race. Doing this quest chain eventually leads you to the Elder of Raging Tides, who will then have more quests for you that give all the exp your friend probably mentioned.
