ok people keep telling me when i hit lvl 15 i could fly...
i hit lvl 15

how do i fly? is there a quest? who gives it? :D

    Open your Supply Stash. There is a item in there that lets you get a temp flyer that lasts 3 days. You get your perma ones from a quest at lvl 30.

    Do you have full inventory? Or just few slots left? If it was this case, you would just need to empty it and things would be fixed.

    You need to talk to the mailbox twice. First to take the quest and second to pick the mount.

    Did you get your flyer and it dissappeard? If so cheak your equips you probably equipped it. To fly go to actions by pushing E there it a figure of a person with wings. Drag that to your hotkey. That is the command to summon your flyer.
