Perfect World not working.

b:cry I'm doing this and submitting the ticket, I find its the best way to get results:

Okay I try to play Perfect world and an error message pops up with all these silly symbols. I have no idea what they mean. I'm not a friggin' computer I don't speak digital.

Now. Here is what I have tried so far:

I thought at first maybe it was my sound card. It had been acting up and I had no sound for a while. I fixed that and the message popped up again.

I tried to re-download the game and even verified every single file. Still Nothing.

I'm pretty sure my comp is compatible (If it's not can I not play?!?!) I hope atleast.
