"Cannot be bound as your primary attack"

Hi one of my faction members is getting this error message when he tries to use heart shatter. I tried searching the forum but I can't seem to find any sort of answer at all. What does this error message mean?

    ..I think it means you cannot marco it or put it in a combo thingy.

    ^ Correct, because I think its one of those skills that can't be used for PvP, so you can't hotkey it, which sucks because it could be easly changed to if you try to use it on a player i could just say "this skill can't be used on players", but oh well.

    if you cant hotkey it does that also mean you cant put it in any of the hotkey spots (like one thats not currently attached to a keyboard button) and click it?

    would stink if that were the case, because the only other way i know to use a skill is to open the skills and click on it there..
    i'm pro all classes, and against none in particular..
    but the age old QQ about venos is just that. OLD.
    QQ'd about a nix lately? check out this thread n tell me who's "OP" lol..

    you can hotkey heart shatter; it's how i use the skill. i don't know about macroing it, though, i haven't tried that.

    yes you can hotkey heart shatter i have had it so since i created my seeker 03/05/2011, only problem i have is getting the +3 att lvl and 1% crit from other supposed needed skill

    I tried to macro it on the first spot, worked.
    I also tried to hotkey it, worked.
    So far I haven't gotten an error message.

    Bladed Fervor gives the promised stats at lvl 10.
    How come, if someone asks a question in a forum, at least 13/20 posts answers the question in the same exact way, 5/20 word the exact same answer differently and 2/20 say something completely unrelated to both life and death?

    to get atk and def lvl bonus u have to lvl it up each 2 lvls increase the bonus by 1 lv9 gives all bonus/15min lv10 gives all bonus/30mins
