Divine seal of the light

My friend had his Divine order of the light in his inventory, it told him he needed a Divine seal of light to refresh the quest list. Now he didn't do the quests for this day, he did it the other day so not sure why it needs refreshing because he is still within the lvl bracket. First we don't know where to get this item and second he tried selling his Divine order of light to see if he can get a new one to reset it. Now how does he get the Divine order of light back for his inventory and where can you get a Divine seal of the light?

    This quest is quite confusing, I know.

    But I think your friend might have made a mistake npcing the order he got from General Summer, and if he can't get another one from Gen. Summer, I guess he might have to wait till he moves up to the next level bracket, when you get them from doing BH1.

    The refreshment things are obtainable from one of the npcs using the corresponding item. I've never refreshed, as I just find new quests available after reset so I don't know what you need, but I think if he has one or 2 of the yellow reward things, he may be able to refresh, IF he can do so having npced the original order.

    I know this isn't explained at all well, as I'm stumbling in the dark myself, and don't know the names for the items. But look at what each of the 3 npcs has to offer. The higher lvl one has weapons, I think the middle one has some pots, and mysterious chips and stuff, and somewhere around you will see the possibility to exchange rewards from quests for a Divine Seal.

    There are 2 different kinds of 'Divine Order of Light'.

    1 you use to be able to get the quests at all. At first you get it from I think Gen. Summer (don't remember). If you "accidentally" sell it you can buy a new from Gen. Summer for 100k. Just go to Quest Related and there's a blue option you can click where he says it'll cost 10,0000 coins (comma in the wrong place).

    The other kind is a golden badge you get for completing purple quests in the 20-50 range. Getting these quests is random, from what I've noticed. These are used to trade for items such as special pots or weapons from either Divine Emissary of Void or Shadow.

    You need the second kind to trade for a Divine Seal of Light from the Divine Emissary of Shadow.
    How come, if someone asks a question in a forum, at least 13/20 posts answers the question in the same exact way, 5/20 word the exact same answer differently and 2/20 say something completely unrelated to both life and death?
