Can a character name be reused after deletion?

I want to delete my mystic to remake a seeker but i'd like to reuse the name.
Is it possible to remake it with the same name immediately after the 7day deletion?

I searched and found one thread but the only response was they weren't sure how it works in PWI.

    What happens if you have a friend mail you a letter with a item 10 minutes before your old character will be deleted, then you remake a new one with the same name. Does the new one get the mail after the remaining 50 minutes on the delivery are up?

    Yes, it does.

    When I deleted my lvl100 BM on Arch, and I made my Seeker using the exact name, I had mail remaining in my inbox.

    Unfortunately, re-using the same name on the same server creates a glitch where it clones itself on the forums, and messes up your icon (kew kew)

    I get asked that a lot actually.

    I view my characters as virtual nothingness. Entertainment. And when I am done with them, I delete them. No need to take up extra space on PWI's servers, if I dont want to play them anymore.

    So far, I've deleted a 100 BM, a 95 cleric, a 95 barb. ATM I have my 100 archer and my 45 seeker. I don't play my archer anymore really, only reason I havent deleted him yet is because he has rank gear, and is still fun to play once in awhile.

    I guess different people have different views on MMO's. At the end, its just a bunch of pixels =^.^=

    I only got one thing to say to that...You crazy >_> b:laugh Na but your right its your account and your characters to do what you wish with them.
