DQ Rewards Not Working

For some reason, my DQ Rewards aren't working.
What I mean is that I clicked 'send' but my DQ points didn't reduce and I got nothing in my mailbox. I repeated the same thing for a several times but still came out with the same results.b:sadb:cry
Can anyone please help me?b:cute

    Read stickys please.

    They announced they're having problems sending the DQ points. You'll still get them from NPC selling the items. But you cant redeem them just yet. Please be patient they're fixing it As fast as they can. b:victory

    This is really getting damn annoying....i can send anything off with DQ points but Makeover..and Makeover is only thing i actually USE DQ for...so why's that?and it not 1st time this happens!!!! fix them already..everything is getting bugged and damned. b:angryb:angryb:angry
