Some tell me at level 20 others at level 21 im not sure can somebody tell me

    at 20. you'll get more quests to complete there at 21, though, so it won't hurt to hold off that one level. (they go by quick that early on, anyway.)

    You can go to Archosaur any time you like, just have to run/fly there. Quests there start at 20 though.
