Problems Mailing?

I'm not sure where to post this problem, as it is not a technical problem.

I mailed my fashion items (That I paid for with zen) to my new Mystic character. I seemed to be using her more than my Veno. I still have not received the mail with my items on my Mystic. Anyways. I know I typed in the right UN. I double/triple checked. Also, I know it's not an issue of taking time to go through, because I sent another email with gold, and it went through right away. :/

So. I would really like to get that jacket back. It cost me real money. I will be quite upset if it is lost. Is there a glitch in the mailing system? Does it just take a really long time for fashion items? Is the Mystic the problem?

    Not sure if this relates to your problem, but I can't mail things to myself anymore since the new expansion.

    My name "Doggy_Stylez" no longer fits into the User Name area of a letter.

    I can type "Doggy_Styl" and then it refuses to type more letters.

    Since there has been no tirade of complaints here on the forums I can only assume this affects me because of my very low resolution (I play on a miniature laptop).

    I will be submitting a ticket but highly doubt a quick fix.

    ^ If this isn't the problem, then maybe you didn't wait the 1hr needed to get your mail. If what Doggy said is the problem, then all I can say is (like he said) submit a ticket and hope for the best.
