Another observation about Absorb Soul

We still have no confirmations regarding the various... properties of this skill but, I've recently noticed that it consumes no attack charms... which I guess makes sense since it is based off base magic... but still interesting b:thanks

    Ive also noticed something about absorb soul, I was duelling a few sins yesterday night (they were high level in my faction, just for funsies). Anywho, Cragglord was being mean to them so they stealthed, however during this I was casting absorb soul, the sin popped into stealth and then about 1~2secs later absorb soul casted. It still hit the sin, correct me if I am wrong but it isn't possible to do that with other skills is it?

    this wasn't just a freak occurrence as it happened on both sins.

    If anyone else can look into this please let me know what happens :).

    I think it's how skills act in general, or so I've read. Never tried it out myself.

    this happens with mobs as well. if a mob is in channeling, and the sin nters stealth, when the mob's channeling is finished they'll still fire off the attack and it will still hit. i always assumed this happened with all skills that has a casting time.

    I'll add the attack charm information to my list. Thanks.

    And yes, any skill will finish channeling and still hit the sin if they stealth. It's just more obvious with longer channeling skills like Absorb Soul.

    I think Absorb soul don't destroy weapon, but I can be wrong.
