DQ Point prizes

Iv been trying to buy some random pigments and a makeover scroll, but it seems that everytime i try to buy it... all it does is reload the DQ points page, it says my points are the same and i dont get it in my mail box...Whats up with it?b:cold Anyone else having this problem?
