Recipient's mailbox is full???

I have a couple of PWI accounts and I'm trying to send mail to my alt that is on the same account as my other character, and I keep getting the recipient's mailbox is full when I try and send items or coin, and it won't let me send anything to my character. I've tried emptying my mailbox and I still get this message. What's going on? I heard a rumor that if you haven't played in a while, they can lock your mailbox, but this account has been active all along, I haven't stopped playing for even 5 days... so how do I fix this?? b:sad

    You might want to try verify your files, and make sure the Recipient's mailbox has enough space for the number of items you want to send them. Also even after you've made room in the mail box, you might want to give it a bit for the game to register the change. Let us know if that works for you! b:thanksb:thanksb:thanks

    Hi Nana,

    Thank you for replying to my post... but I am still having this problem, and I have waited about 1-2 hours after deleting 2-3 things from my mailbox on the character I want to send coin to and that was even after I had deleted other things from the mailbox, and it still says, "recipient mailbox is full." Can you please help me? b:cry

    The next thing I will try is verifying the files, but not sure if that will work because I was having this problem before Genesis came out, when someone offered to send me a wedding invitation and they had discovered the "recipient's mailbox is full" problem.

    Final Edit: I tried verifying files, but this did not solve the issue. I'm hoping you have some more tricks up your sleeve.^ ^ And I'm kinda on a tight schedule, I need to get this fixed asap because I am only going to have access to only 1 computer (my laptop, I have a desktop too) but I am moving locations where I will not have access to two computers unfortunately, so the only solution is to be able to use the mailbox to transfer items/money between my characters. ^ ^ Hope this information will help to solve the problem.
