hey pwi i just bought 10$ in zhen it says to look for the confirmation email but its ben 20 min and its not there yet i checked both my spam and inbox and the zhen isent in the wallet either help? b:cry

    please send in an email to the billing department and we'll check to see if we got any information from your payment provider. otherwise, you'll have to contact them directly and see if they can give you further information about the payment.
