    hmm..im not nerdling of PWI..but i think damage could vary depending on Opponent PVE wise..but other than that..it could be random.

    Not specifically, but a rough estimate would be somewhere around 50% added to weapon damage. Assuming they're equal to the Death River Toxin apothecary.

    Quite useful for 5APSing at the Tiger event.

    So is it a flate rate as +xxx fire damage, or is it a % of weapon damage?

    % added to weapon damage. This is how DBB works, and as the buff icon is exactly the same, I assume the same concept applies.

    It wouldn't make sense for an AA with a wand to be hitting a fixed rate of +500 on a level 150 boss when their phys attack is like 1-2K.
