Assult on archo duke question

I was wondering if no one participates in the assult will duke be killed and finally shut the hell up?

    Hehe...it would be funny to watch i suppose..but then again event drops good..exp not bad...be a bit hard convincing other players..plus then again i dont think iv ever seen a monster even get past the gates before...since the NPC guards are there

    Well, our server didn't kill the final dismal duke the first or 2nd time they did it, cause it was during a TW, it just ends and mobs disappear lol. Though I doubt it'd ever reach Duke. Our party wiped first time, and it random aggro-ed everyone in area, until guards whacked it to death.

    It would probably be a better motivator for them to say someone like beautiful Chang needs rescuing from the wraith, heck even the gate guards might be ready to assassinate the duke these days.b:chuckle

    ...maybe something like players get transported into an arena and see how long they can last against Wraith Hordes..last man standing wins?...would be fun though
