mysterious problem...

Ok so I was doing a mission and i was just to report it.
But when I arrived at the NPC there was NO NPC no there or in other place.
So i exit the game and when i wanted to PRESS START above the green bar was writed CORUPT FILES my friend told me that i had to do ANOTHER UPDATE so i made it.
But when i press start it gives me an error with all kids of symbolsb:cryb:cryb:cry
Anyone knows what to do or anyone know about this error???

    2 Options:

    1) Submit a ticket and wait

    OR

    2) Attempt to reinstall (first patch, then game)

    Unfortunately, I know of nothing else that can be done

    Maybe someone else has a better idea...
