I can't update... gets stuck at elementclient.exe

I got a problem, i can't update my game. When i click update it updates all the way to the end. There it gets stuck at elementclient.exe. It says: File download appear error. Retry? It retried already 10 times but it can't download it. What's the problem? I'm verifying the files now.. and it's also getting stuck at elementclient.exe. What's this?

Can it be fixed?
