it was not nerfed in china i have been on the chinese server. people just say it was nerfed in hopes most people will switch from fists to another weapon in the case it does happen.

can someone please explain to me what the problem is with 1-2 people using a horn an evening?

all the people spamming world chat about one horn is far more disruptive than the horn itself.

so can someone tell me what the issue is and why people flip out and get so angry?

except then i look at what all is in the stash from level 50 on up, and i think the whole lot of it isn't worth 5 gold. ESPECIALLY not with the level-50 weapon having a time limit these days. so, yeah, still not sad i NPC'd my level 50 supply stash.

er, you realize that two or three million coin can get you a better tome on the auction house any time? (or at least on heaven's tear it can.) a total of ten gold for a tome that gives no more than +1% crit rate as well as feed your pet is... a pretty bad deal, economically, for a veno. you could have some +mag or +vit for much less money, and long before you reach level 80, ijs...

Let's see, for one hammer for the level 50 stash you get...

5 Do All = 150k
5 Hyper = 400k
Horn = 2m at least if you bought it from another player
200 mp/hp pots each = ???
Free hp(1)/mp(2) charm = ???

Seems worth the 3m coin to me.

5$ good amount of food for 3 people :

3 fried chicken parts
3 fried catfish
Some vegetables to help stomach digest faster or avoid sprue
3 Bowl of water to wash hand
3 Glass of tea or oranges
A bowl of rice (enough for more)
A bowl of special sauce (by the shop owner)
Maybe some more like fried ketchup eggplant, tofu, fried egg, or tempe.

Yeah not getting that much for $5 here. 3 burger and two tiny fries or a bunch of ramen. Only way your feeding 3 people with $5 here.

It's not about whether you think it's worth it or how you're easy to please. It's about how stupid you handle in game currency.
5 gold at 600k gold which is still lower than how much it goes for on any server, is 3m coins.

Disregarding everything from level 5 to 50 supply stash, all that together isn't even worth 200k you get:

Christmas tome, 600k to 700k tops on any server.
5 hypers at 500 to 600k.

And the rest is complete junk, let's throw in the charms for argument's sake. spend 1.6 gold on a bronze HP and MP charm, both have a higher HP/MP threshold than the stash ones. Which leaves you with 4 gold to sell at 600k each, that's 2,4m take off 1.3m for the tome you get and the hypers (both at higher prices than you can easily buy them for) and you're left with 1.3m to spend on the other stuff.
And as for the "I only buy when hammers are on sale" argument.
They've gone on sale like what, 2 to 4 times over the whole year of 2010? And I don't know where you got that 2m for a horn price from, that's just same made up price you thought of on the spot, out of every 1000 people you can find, 1 will buy at 2m (See, I can make up numbers too).

Anyway, if you want to spend 5 bucks and not get the bang for your buck. By all means, it's your money boo boo. But don't try to justify it that it's actually smart or logical.

Back on topic, the only thing that annoys me about horns is the flashing huge font. But so far I've only seen 1 or 2 go off each day. I can live with that.

I didn't say and thing about horns being worth 2million. You may wanna take time and get your post your replying to strait be you post. I never justified are said it is smart. I only said I thinks it's a good price. Considering coin is worthless to me. I just run around picking up what everyone leave behind. I make like 2 mil a day just picking up stuff no one else takes from their kills. Coin is worthless.

Again what is worthless to one is treasure to another. Just because you think it **** and not worth it doesnt means the same must be true for me.

Find a way for me to turn coin into real money that wont get me banned then coin may have value. Till then it's worthless pixles.

To be honest I don't even notice them. They are like duke already. My mind just blocks them out. I slid the window that shows it in big letters behind my regular chat somehow IDK how and now I can't even see it.
