i have devil chihyu .. lvl 6 i think... and he is pretty good...

my storm mistress is lvl 1... she is a bimbo haha... shall i max this skill or max devil?

    Focus on maxing Devil Chihyu first. I personally don't really see much use for Storm Mistress outside of taking out HA wearers in PvP.

    you'll get alot more mileage out of the devil pet, he'll be your primary while soloing and in many other situations...the other pets actually have more specific and defined roles, mistress for DD/AOE and salvation for healing in squads.

    She seems useless at first. Charge her and see what she can do. At level two she did twice as much damage as my devil at lvl 7. She has poor defense right now so I still use the Chihyu for now.
