DQ points problem

i tried to get some items with DQ points but instead the page just reloads and i dont recieve the items b:angry

    Our records show that you received items, was there a delay? Did you eventually get the items you selected? Let me know..

    no i didint get them and my DQ points didnt decrease ider

    I've got the same problem, I tried this entire week to get a makeover scroll with my DQ Points. Yes I do have enough points to get one, but every time I try to send it to my character, the page just reloads and no item is sent nor are my points reduced..

    im not sure if the problem is on my PC or on the PWI site, but when i go to the Dragon Point page, click on the selection arrows, nothing happens. i've had no problems with any of the other parts of the site, just this one. is it bugged, and on the 'to be fixed' list, or what?

    i dont had any problem with dq web. so maybe ur browser is going mad?

    I'm in the same boat as well. My points don't go down and i receive no item, the page just refreshes
