Pack 2 Difficulties

I have a friend who is currently having some difficulties with just downloading Perfect World. It took me only an hour and a half for it to download and, for her, it took two days on and off to get just pack one to download. Pack 2 wouldn't work. So she redownloaded all of it in hopes of making it work. But again, pack 2 wasn't downloading.

Does anyone know possibilities as to why it isn't working for her? And are there anyways that she could fix it?

    i danloud geme thet way 2 times becouse my windows crashed and bouth times there wasant any problem

    It may be that her computer's anti-virus/firewall is preventing the game from downloading. Also, her internet connection speed could be a problem as well. On the PWI website, under the section Download, it lists the requirements needed for the game to install correctly. Make sure that she checks this.

    took me 6 hours to download and install the patch.
