ah so I can't be a tank then.

    don't like true form as it's a tiger... and I'm a bear.

    use axe/hammers

You use damage to hold aggro in human form. Barb damage, in general, sucks.

Penetrate Armor does have a fair amount of aggroing ability, though. Problem is it debuffs so other DDers also get a damage boost, but for low DD squad pre level 90 I've held aggro spamming Penetrate Armor and sparks.

yeah about the only way to tank standing up is to deal the most damage in squad. pre 90ish as mentioned it can probably be possible depending on your build and weapon to spam penetrate armor / sparks / other high damage skills. building as a high str/dex barb will aid in that ability. vit barbs wont really do enough damage to tank that way if the damage dealers are decent... IE my level 73 archer with a mediocre wind and the clouds + 1 and rank 4 chest has ripped aggro (without even sparking) off of 90+ barbs that try to tank standing up...

now just consider the higher damage of an equal level archer, and barb that tries to tank standing up. its not likely to work out very well unless the barb is a claw build and stacking some -int from wrists/tome/cape.

    /thread
Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.
