a planed "Fix" is in development for 5 APS in CN according to devs.

so this is what EVERYONE has been waiting for. they seem to be "fixing" the 5 APS concerns players have been having.

basicaly it works like this. they will be changing it to a % formula in the stat window. intervals will also be changed into a % that will add to that. 100% atk speed will be the highest a char can possibly get. at 100% atk speed the APS will still be around 5 APS, but alot harder to reach. that basically sums it all up.

im very excited about this. 5 APS will still exist at "100% atk speed" but it will be harder to get. according to the FAQ ppl that are at 5 APS with demon spark and full interval gear will actually be lowered to around 3.5 APS with this new formula.

the devs are also aware on how many players will be upset at this change and a "compensation" will be in development for the next expansion. how awesome is that ****?

    I heard they're also removing stealth and fixing rubberbanding! I can't wait!!

    ya forgot to address that to. there not "removing" stealth tho lol. must be a error in ur google translate or something. they just increasing the MP cost of it to like 150/second at max because they beleive perma stealth is a bit "to powerful"

    and ya rubber banding is being fixed, but it sux cuz its planned to be fixed in the NEXT expasion. very lame.

    nah man, sins can still solo FF with 3.5 aps easy. ya wont be as long, but they can still do it.

    Do you have any idea how long nirvana will take without high APS?

    TT3-3 isn't even possible without high APS, the only way to really successfully finish 3-3 is to kill the boss as fast as possible before he decides to buff himself to 5 aps, seal/stun/sleep your entire squad, purge your entire squad, and then hit your cleric for 15k

    Oh, wow. If this is true I can't wait! Hopefully caster classes will now have an easier time getting into squads. I feel bad though, for all the F2P 4/5aps characters :S

    just gonna have to see what there "compensation" will be for next expansion then. personally tho, i dont give a **** cuz i not 5apsb:chuckle

    its time 5 APS qq for a change anyway.
