Hello, This is an extremely noobish question but here you go,

I downloaded the game, Now how do I enter the 'in-game' part of it, The app I got with the download seems to be a patcher rather than a game client(If it is indeed a game client, How do I enter the game with it?) or is the 'in-game' login along with server select in the perfect world home page? If so verbal directions are appreciated. Thanks.

You enter through the launcher. If the launcher is endlessly downloading things, that means you didn't download the most updated version of the client. Once it's finished patching, you'll be able to start the game and from there it's pretty easy to figure out. I have no idea where the list of recent manual patches are, so you're gonna have to just rely on the launcher. There's a manual patch for the expansion, but I'm not sure what would happen if you installed that before the other patches came through.

Ha, actually the manual patches are on the download page. Patch 468-484 and Patch 402-484. If I were you, I'd close the launcher and download whichever one matches the version you have... they tend to download much faster outside of the launcher. Then once they're finished downloading you can just double click them (or open the launcher and select the manual patch option) and you should be okay. It'll take some time to install, but not hours like it would to download AND install.
