found it on PW china site... the discription on google translate is
"grants the ability to become 5 APS for 10 seconds" with a 1 minute cooldown

So maybe seekers wont be so useless?
couldnt find out the 79 skill google translate was being dumbb:surrender

    Personally I love how this troll attempt was thwarted by the public's common knowledge of the fact that Google Translator couldn't spotlessly translate a good sentence if it's life depended on it.

    Google translate really is horrible just ask any English speaking person trying to translate what their saying for an non-English speaker (Me no comprendo!) b:chuckle
