Hey everyone, the Dragon Points page is back online, and re-skinned to boot. It can be accessed here:

http://pwi.perfectworld.com/dqrewards

You may notice that the prize list itself has not been modified yet, but rest assured, we're working on that as we speak, and we should have new options in the near future.

Edit: Oh and the Seele Token / Element Stone issue was fixed :) The Seele Token now displays correctly.

    Anyone else think Frankie talks like a chic? Even though he supposed to be a guy.


    And can you get that shizz to work in ie? By that shizz, I mean able to send myself my rewards.

    Which version of IE? If you're using 6 or 7, upgrade. :P 9 will be out in a couple weeks...

    8 it used to work in getting my rewards and stopped.

    So why does it send my request to the wrong character? I selected one Server "Sanctuary" and my toon MissIndie and it says Jade_Stash which is on an entirely different server!!!

    PWI doesn't exactly support IE.

    Your best bet is to do what most others have been doing for ages, and d/l multiple browsers. Safari/Chrome/Mozilla, They're all free.

    Did it actually send to the wrong character, or do you mean the wrong character shows up on the pull-down menu?

    Also, anyone else having this issue?

    It won't let me select a server at all.

    Oh, I'm using the newest Firefox.

    first off, thank you for working so quickly on getting it back up. i realize you all have a lot on your plate this week.

    however, the trouble i am having is not the server or character, but that it will not confirm the items i have redeemed. since i want 200 of one item, i have tried 200, 100 and 50 as quantity, but when i push confirm....nothing my points stay the same, even after a refresh and there is no message like in the past...XXX has been sent to XXX. i'll try again tomorrow, just wanted to point the different type of error i was getting.

    It wont let me choose a server when using chrome.

    When using IE or FireFox i can choose a server, and character just fine, but when i send it the page reloads and nothing happened, my character doesn't recieve the item, and my points are not spent. This started 1 day before you updated the site.


    Please fix, i would like to spend my dq points.

    Well lets see the DQ rewards still dont work and it's been how long, hate to say it but PWI it's really gettin pretty crappy out there.. Also yall really screwed up in the Auction House ya made it sooo hard on many people to bad many people are leaving your money maker game cause of your greed.. We the people know it's your game and you can do whatever you like in it but when the people send posts yall blow it off.. Guess Barnum was right there's a sucker born everyday..

    Has worked everytime for me since it's been back up tho a couple times it took 2 tries at sending. Still works tho.
    Just tried this second and it worked 1st try.

    I've had absolutly no issues out of any of the new stuff.

    I can just like other select character and server just fine
    i can also select what i want but the moment I confirm it
    The page reloads and nothing happens
    Fix this please

    edit: I tried this with chrome, IE both had the same outcome

    I still cannot choose what character I want to send things to. I can select the server just fine, but anything after that is a no go. I have tried with Chrome, IE, and Firefox, none of which work. I have not been able to redeem my points for this account since the release of the DQ reward page. I have sent in a ticket and was told that they were unsure of what was causing the problem and that they would get back to me on it; can I please get an ETA on when that will happen?"
