Beffudding Creeper

I can't learn the Beffuding Creeper skill. Though I got the skill book. Mystic trainer says that "Prerequisite skill level too low"b:surrender Can anyone tell me what happened? Or did someone had such problem? Did I do smth wrong? Tyb:thanks

    you need to have punishing string lvl 1 first

    You need to have the "Punishing Sting" skill at at least lvl 1 before learning Beffuding Creeper.

    get it from the first mage guy
    look in ur quests for green worded quests thats for ur skills :)
